During lockdown, this leg workout routine will going to help you a lot. This workout routine is totally freehand and designed for home workout. Check this out and train your legs accordingly.

  1. Squats – 3 sets with 10, 12, 14 reps respectively.
  2. Leg Lunge – 4 sets with 10,12,14,16 reps each legs respectively.
  3. Calves – for Beginners, you shall do calves workout once a week, 4 sets with 10, 12, 14, 16 reps respectively. For experts, you shall calves workout on both the days in a week, 6 sets with 20 to 30 reps in each set.
  4. Donkey Kicks – 3 sets with 10, 12, 14 reps each leg respectively.

Can I do Leg Workout Everyday?

The answer to this question is NO. You can’t train your legs every day, the major reason behind this is legs are the biggest muscles in your whole body and after you complete a day of leg workout you need to give 48 hours rest to leg muscles. Rest is a must for any muscle growth. I suggest 2 days of legs workout in a week then you can perfectly give 48 hours of rest to your leg muscles. Your trainer shall suggest to you the same thing that I’ve said here.
