The biggest challenge I faced when I started working out, was my inability to have proper food in proper time.

I wanted to work out and lead a healthy life, but my busy schedule made it really hard for me to do so.

In the end, most of the time I’d have to resort to some random junk food and soon my desire to stay healthy would go out of the window.

Later when I studied and researched this matter, I found the solution that cured this problem once and for all.

The cache was I had to fill my stomach with a small number of healthy foods such as eggs or some fruit, much as I could. And this actually helped. I noticed that when my tummy was filled, I felt less craving for junk food and could maintain my diet well.

Finding Time to Exercise Despite Busy Schedule in Asansol

Being active in the fitness industry for quite some time now, I hear many people nagging and complaining about how busy they are. In fact, some of them are so busy, that they find it hard to spare at least an hour for proper exercise, and are unapologetic about it.

The tragedy is they don’t realize, the downsides of just working and not doing proper exercise.

I had a gym trainer once, who used to say:

If you fail to take out time for exercising today, be ready to take out a doctor’s appointment or tomorrow.”

And it’s quite true. The time you save by not going to gym today, is eventually going to be a waste once you fall sick due to your hectic schedule. So, take out at least one hour for proper exercise.

If your issue is shortage of time, there is one great advice I can give you: WAKE UP EARLY!

We humans are emotional beings. Of course we like the concept of having a great physique and disciplined lifestyle and are ready to work for it; but in the end of the day, it all boils down to emotions.

If you don’t agree to me, think hard about the time when you left something midriff because you felt bored.

Don’t let this happen to your fitness life. Reward yourself for every small achievement and victory, and you’ll always feel motivated to workout.

Rewards don’t have to be something extravagant, just something you’ll look forward too. Maybe a small cupcake, or ice-cream, or a book you always wanted to buy. It’s your choice.

When You’re Done for the Day, Switch Off The Lights and Sleep

The last thing you need to do in order to have a fulfilling and stress-free life is to take proper rest. Don’t ignore this, I repeat never ignore this.
