  1. Chicken: 200g (Boneless)
  2. Tomato: 2
  3. Chilly: 3
  4. Ginger Garlic Paste: 1 Tbsp
  5. Spinach (As per requirement)
  6. Coconut Oil
  7. Salt
  8. Water

These are the things you require to make this super easy recipe. Now, lets get on to the cooking process.

The Recipe

Follow these steps to make your own Bodybuilder’s Chicken Recipe:

  1. Put 1 tbsp of Coconut Oil in a Pan.
  2. Add Ginger Garlic Paste to the Oil when it is hot.
  3. Cook it for a while.
  4. Put the Tomatoes and Chilies in a Mixer, and make its paste.
  5. Add the Puree to the pan.
  6. You can increase the flames so that it can cook faster.
  7. Cover the pan, and let it cook for 2 minutes.
  8. Wash the chicken properly.
  9. Add the chicken to the pan.
  10. Mix it in high heat.
  11. Add 200ml of water so that your dish cooks well.
  12. Let it get cooked for 7 minutes (Can take longer, so make sure you check it).
  13. Add Salt as per requirement.
  14. Put some Spinach in it.
  15. Mix the whole dish properly.
  16. Make sure you don’t cook green vegetables too much.
  17. Put off the flames, and cover the lid so that your chicken gets cooked in the steam.
